Feast of Dedication

Oh, I just heard some sweet music to my soul.
Words that rang out like the days of old.
Glory. Praise. Thanks. Reflection just to name a few.
Hearts. Clouds. Souls.
The Temple Anew.

Oh I just heard some sweet music to my soul.
Words that rang out like the days of old.
The rhythm that was pulsating over the airwaves sang beautifully clear.
Tingling the sensation of all that listened with an ear.
Dedication to our Nation is what we go after.
Pushing forward while reflecting so we don't falter.

Oh I just heard some sweet music to my soul.
The glory of our God spoken like the days of old.
Trying to imagine what it was like back then,
Feasting for days with no sight in end.
Building the temple brick by brick with our hands.
Singing and praying in one accord ultimately having the glory of our God descend.
Please don't stop playing this sweet music tonight.
Brethren oh brethren we all must unite.

Oh I just heard some sweet music to my soul.
Words that rang out like the days of old.
So beautifully laid out, so simple so true.
My Father I give you thanks all Honor is due.
I plead to you to have mercy on us all,
Please extend a hand so we don't fall.
I dedicate my life humbly unto you,
And ask you to guide and protect your chosen few.

Oh I just heard some sweet music to my soul.
Words that rang out like the days of old.

Inspired by another wonderful lesson on Friday Night Live!
