The Beauty of a Nation is its reflection of a people.
A people that despite all the odds pushes forward and perseveres.
The Beauty of a Nation is its diversity of a people.
No two people are built the same.
No two people are given the same exact talents.
The Beauty of a Nation is extrapolating the gifts that were given
and blessing it with your greater Nation.
The individual's uniqueness becomes the cornerstone to rebuilding the House.
The Beauty of a Nation is realizing after a long week of being
forced to dwell with your captors,
you can come home to the family, the Nation,
to find solace in your brethren's arms and words.
Like our forefathers who worked long hours on the plantations
in the cruelest of circumstances,
in the wee hours of the night with no physical energy left,
the shared stories of the days of old brought forth hope.
Brought forth change.
The Beauty of a Nation is knowing that no matter if your
blessed to be around brethren
or located remotely,
this is not a time to be stagnant, to be complacent, to lament.
This is a time to refine, rebuild, to reestablish.
Use this time to not be negative and to not think about what you don't have
but to rejoice in what was uniquely given to you.
This is the Beauty of a Nation.
