Whether you're coming straight from high school, or a mature or graduate student, there are options you should explore:
- OSAP Financial Aid – a range of programs that, based on financial need, offers non-repayable grants as well as loans you must repay. Fill out one application to be considered for everything, including 30% Off Ontario Tuition.
- 30% Off Ontario Tuition – money you don't have to repay, designed for students entering a public college or university program from high school, or within four years of graduating from high school. You can apply for this program without applying for OSAP.
30% Off Ontario Tuition
The 30% Off Ontario Tuition for 2012–2013 provides:You could be eligible for 30% off your student tuition if:- You're a full-time student at a public college or university in Ontario
- It's been less than four years since you left high school
- You're in a program that you can apply to directly from high school
- You're a resident of Ontario
- Your parents' gross income is $160,000 or less
Ontario Student Assistance Program
The maximum grant/loan amounts for a typical two-term academic year are:Plus, for that two-term academic year, your annual debt is capped at $7,300, even if you get more in loans.
